Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best services. If you’re not satisfied, here’s our refund policy:

1. App & Website Subscription Plans

  • Refunds will be issued only if cancellation is requested within 1 day of purchase AND the setup work has not started.

  • If branding and setup has already been initiated, refunds will not be provided.

2. Live Class / Course Purchases

  • Refunds for learners are subject to individual educator policies.

  • Please contact the respective educator for details.

3. Demo Bookings

  • Demo bookings are free and non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email support@rkvisionacademy.in with:

  • Registered email ID

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for refund

We will process eligible refunds within 0–1 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service

  • Partial usage of the plan
